By entering and participating in the chat feature you agree to the following terms and conditions  of participation. These terms and conditions are contractually binding upon you and you agree to each of them.

- You must be 18+ years old to use the Chat Room.

- You enter and participate in the chat room and gain access to all conversations contained therein. We will do our best to maintain a positive, healthy community, but if you feel that chatting with other users may open the door to situations that would be disturbing, please reconsider joining the chat room.

- We will monitor the chat room as best we can, and have provided the ability to block or report other users, however we are not responsible for material that other users may post.

- We do not make any warranties as to the truth or accuracy of any statement made or materials posted in the chat room, so take them with a grain of salt. You agree and acknowledge that you assume the risk of any actions you take based on information that may be posted in the room.

- You are fully responsible for your own statements and materials that you post in the chat room and any consequences. whether or not foreseen, to any party who may rely upon such statements, You agree that you will not take any actions that would hold us responsible for your actions or the actions of others.

- Any opinions or views expressed in the chat room are those of the participants. We don't endorse or support to such opinions or statements.

-. Your participation in the chat room is dependent upon your conduct in the room. If we are notified that you've participated in communication in the room is contrary to these terms we may investigate and remove your ability to participate. We will do our best to keep the environment healthy and productive, however we have no liability to remove any content based upon a complaint.

- By participating in our chat you agree that we may remove any materials from the chat room for any reason. This includes materials that are disruptive, offensive, illegal, vulgar, or any other reason we see fit.
